Team, I’m writing to you from St. Thomas, where I had the joy of participating in our Carnival festivities and celebrating the vibrant energy, joy, and artistry of the Virgin Islands!

Celebrating Carnival reminds me why I fight for the Virgin Islands in Congress: Our history and our culture deserve a voice, especially when it comes to fighting for full and equitable citizenship and representation for all Virgin Islanders.
