Fellow conservative, we had a critical early victory last week with the House passing the Protection of Women and Girls in Sports Act.
However, Chuck Schumer intends to obstruct it in the Senate and Biden has threatened a veto if it reaches his desk.
Their attempt to force female athletes to compete against men threatens the physical safety and mental health of women and girls. It also diminishes their opportunities to earn scholarships, win championships, set records, and compete.
We can’t allow them to deny our female athletes the right to fair and safe competition.
And it’s more important than ever to take a stand. Separately, Biden just had the Department of Education introduce a new regulation to force schools to allow males in women’s K-12 athletics. This is a disastrous regulation, and our activists are submitting thousands of public comments to oppose it.
We are fighting on multiple fronts—passing good laws at the state level and in Congress while also opposing bad regulations from Biden. It’s important to stand up and oppose the Left’s radical gender ideology. I AGREE >>>

Next steps >>> Last year, Heritage Action successfully helped four states pass legislation to protect women’s sports and female athletes.
But with Chuck Schumer and the Biden Administration planning to obstruct our efforts–we want to double down our state-level fight and push through more legislation in states like Missouri, Ohio, Texas, and Kansas.
