Wilson encourages athletes to “Play with a Purpose"
|

Since 2019, Wilson and Autism Speaks have worked to create on-field products to promote a message of inclusion, acceptance and understanding for people on the autism spectrum. The Love The Moment® collection of baseball gear highlights Autism Speaks’ signature blue color. Wilson will donate 10% of the purchase price of all Love The Moment products to Autism Speaks and together, with sister brands EvoShield and Louisville Slugger, committed to a minimum donation of $150,000 each year to Autism Speaks. These products continue to help create a world where all people with autism can reach their full potential on and off the field. Now, from April 5-30, 2023, customers will be invited to donate to Autism Speaks after they complete their transaction online.

Chuck E. Cheese is the place where every kid, can be a kid

Chuck E. Cheese is celebrating its ongoing commitment to kids with autism and their families during World Autism Month with its 6th year hosting a national Sensory Sensitive Sunday™ event at all 460 U.S. and Canada locations on Sunday, April 30. This year, they will also host two month-long fundraisers benefiting Autism Speaks. Through Cotton Candy for a Cause, Chuck E. Cheese will donate a portion of proceeds from Cotton Candy, up to $50,000. Guests in-store and online are welcome to round up their purchase to the next dollar at checkout to donate the difference in support of the cause. Additionally, 10% of profits from all sales from the Chuck E. Cheese online shop during the month of April will be donated to Autism Speaks for autism research, advocacy, programs and services.

The Home Depot helps to Light It Up Blue during World Autism Month

the Home Depot brings brightness to the autism community by selling their specially packaged blue light bulbs for supporters to Light It Up Blue in celebration of World Autism Month. The specially marked blue bulbs are available throughout all Home Depot stores in the United States. This year, in further support of Autism Speaks’ mission, The Home Depot and Global Value Lighting will donate $50,000 to Autism Speaks to help fund programs, services and resources to support the needs of people with autism and their families and help create a more inclusive world.

Greensource raises autism awareness by selling specially designed t-shirts
|

|
|
|
Greensource is a Seattle-based apparel and accessories company with global production. In its fifth year, Greensource created a suite of autism awareness short and long sleeve t-shirts available at participating Walmart stores and online (while supplies last), where at least 3% of each item’s retail price is donated to Autism Speaks.

Charitable Adult Rides & Services (CARS) helps Autism Speaks raise over $1M!
|
|
|
|
|
Since 2011, Autism Speaks has worked with Charitable Adult Rides & Services (CARS) to provide additional ways to support Autism Speaks. Supporters can donate their auto, boat or other motor vehicle and have the proceeds go to Autism Speaks. Donate online, via phone or by email. With the support of CARS, Autism Speaks has raised over $1,000,000! Supporters can learn more by visiting our auto donation site.

Foot Locker Inc. is driving awareness during World Autism Awareness Month with the latest iteration of its “Be Seen” campaign

Foot Locker Inc. will release rapper and singer Anuel AA’s take on the classic Reebok Question Mid. The collaboration will release April 25 on Footlocker.com and Champssports.com. Additionally,
Foot Locker Inc. and Reebok will donate $25,000 to Autism Speaks.
Other products releasing this month, Foot Locker Inc. said, were created by autism friendly suppliers. This includes T-shirts from Spectrum Designs and hosiery from John’s Crazy Socks. The retailer said filmmaker Ben Rosloff will release a documentary that celebrates the triumphs of people with autism in partnership with the Be Seen campaign.

Studio Movie Grill supports Autism Speaks

Throughout the month of April, Studio Movie Grill locations offered the “Blue Reel,” a blue colored, non-alcoholic beverage, at all 21 of their locations nationwide. $1 from each of the drinks sold will go back to Autism Speaks.

Bruce Bolt launches Bolt Up For Autism
|

This April, Bruce Bolt teamed up with Autism Speaks and Canopy Children’s Solutions to donate a percentage of Batting Gloves sales to both non-profits. From April 1 through April 7, every glove sold on the company’s website, Bruce Bolt donated $1 each to Autism Speaks and Canopy Children’s Solutions. The Oakland Athletics infielder, Aledmys Díaz, shares why he supports the cause.
