Jack Bergman, if running, will likely face a contested primary, so he'll see obstacles before Bob Lorinser, and we want to be prepared for any GOP candidate next summer. We need your support and loyalty. 
 
A lot is different this cycle. Ballot name recognition is crucial to a two-cycle strategy. We have the best path to victory in August and November of 2024, but we need your help. 
 
We're restructuring - building a vault, creating field teams, doing massive outreach to local leaders, and creating partnerships with rural organizations to entice their investment in this race.

I'm not naive about the challenges ahead of us. Our country is more divided than ever before in history, but when I consider the state of our District, I think about the fiercely independent nature of the people we serve. 
 
Northern Michigan and the Upper Peninsula is comprised of America's most resilient and congenial people.
 
That's where my faith is; in our people. 
 
It's why I've dedicated my entire life to public service as a social worker for Veterans, a physician for low-income rural families, a diplomat overseas, and a public health medical director.
