177 WV Can't Wait candidates, elected officials, county captains, neighborhood captains, staff, volunteers, board members, Hometown Heroes, Organizer Apprentices, campaign managers, citizen journalists, and volunteers have already completed their 2023-2024 strategy survey... the deadline is this Sunday, April 30th.
