Fellow Conservative,

Girls deserve red tape at the finish line of a race…not as an obstacle to keep them from competing altogether.

But Biden has proposed a new regulation that directly attacks women’s sports by requiring schools to allow males who self-identify as female to compete.

The Biden administration is playing a deceptive game with women’s sports. Their rule insists males must be allowed to play in women’s schools unless a school can demonstrate to the Department of Education how it will jeopardize the physical health of young women.

You and I have until May 15th to speak out and oppose this rule. That is the deadline to submit a public comment and formally oppose this new regulation.

Biden’s new regulation puts girls on defense, making them justify the existence of their own sports and places.

As a result, schools will be forced to allow boys and men to compete with girls and women in fear of violating Title IX, and at the risk of losing their funding from the Department of Education.

This rule change can and must be stopped. The first time the Biden administration tried to use Title IX to attack the opportunities and safety of women it was met with such overwhelming outrage from Americans that they were forced to pause and do damage control. They are now trying to move forward with this new rule.

It’s time to stand up for our daughters again. This rule is subject to public comments until May 15th. The Biden administration is legally required to respond to every substantive and unique comment before the rule goes into effect.

Make your voice heard, oppose this rule, and submit a comment on the proposed rule. The Biden Admin is legally obligated to read and consider the arguments made against this rule. Their failure to do so would set them up for failure once their regulation is challenged in court. And you don’t have to be a “policy expert” to submit a comment—the process is completely open to the general public. We all can—and should—submit a comment.

>>>Submit your comment NOW and share this link with everyone you know. This is a fight to protect female sports, opportunities, and spaces. It’s a fight for defending the truth.

Thank you for your participation.
