Long-range Navy shipbuilding plan fails on multiple levels According to CIA Director William Burns, Chinese President Xi Jinping has ordered his army to be ready to conduct a successful invasion of Taiwan by 2027. And preparing they are. On April 10, for example, Beijing dispatched a record-breaking 91 military aircraft to fly threateningly toward Taiwan.
