Heavy fighting in Khartoum has put the health of more than 200,000 pregnant women on the line. As the situation escalates, know that it's thanks to your support that we are on the ground, delivering lifesaving sexual and reproductive health care.

We will keep you updated with the latest information on the emergency, but in the meantime, hear from Nasreen, an Ethiopian refugee who found a safe place to give birth in Sudan, but whose safety is now at risk: “This field hospital saved my daughter’s life. Without it, we would have carried her for hours. I do not think she would have survived.” Your ongoing support will ensure women like Nasreen continue to have the care they desperately need.
