April 26, 2023 [ [link removed] ] - Docket Number 90072-51-XO-23 (Record No. 17226) - Pursuant to the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act, W.S. § 37-1-101, et seq., and the Wyoming Public Service Commission's (Commission) Rules, notice is hereby given that a hearing regarding the funding requirement and proposed assessment factor for the July 2023 to June 2024 fiscal year of the Wyoming Universal Service Fund (WUSF) is scheduled to commence Thursday, May 4, 2023, at 9:30 a.m. in the Commission's hearing room located at 2515 Warren Avenue, Suite 300, Cheyenne, Wyoming. It is anticipated that deliberations will be conducted immediately following the hearing. In addition to the assessment factor, the Commission will determine the WUSF distributions to be made to each qualifying telecommunications company pursuant to W.S. § 37-15-501. These items will be established on an interim basis, pending finalization after additional opportunity for comment, protest, intervention, and hearing.
