Team — what’s something that you love, but everybody else seems to dread?

I’ll start with mine: Town halls!

As a member of Congress, my first job is to represent our community. That starts with listening to your concerns. I try to come back and hold town halls as often as I can so I can hear directly from you.

These town halls remind me who I’m fighting for.

I do it for the teachers in Centennial, who have to work a second job to make ends meet.

I do it for the students in Littleton, so they can worry less about the threat of a shooting and focus on doing well in school.

I do it for our senior citizens in Aurora, who need Social Security and Medicare.

I do it for the farmers and ranchers, who are counting on clean air and water.

I do it for the doctors and nurses, who need support after a pandemic.

Whether it’s answering questions in a packed gymnasium or chatting with a few folks at the local coffee shop, your questions, concerns, and stories keep me grounded in Washington D.C.

It doesn’t matter if you’re a Democrat, Republican, or independent. As long as I have the honor of serving you in Congress, I will continue working to deliver results for our community.

We need more common sense leaders working towards solutions. I promise to continue pushing for a new generation of leadership. If you agree with our work, I hope you’ll pitch in a few bucks toward our end-of-month deadline. [[link removed]]
