John,

It's National Park Week, and while I may be biased, I think California has
some of the best. As a Member of the Natural Resources Committee, I'm
committed to protecting our National Parks, public lands, and all of the
natural resources our state has to offer.

My bill to raise rates on polluters who drill on our public lands finally
took effect this year. But there's so much more to do:

* We need greater investments in clean energy to fight climate change.
* We should hold ultra-profitable polluters accountable for literally
cleaning up their own mess.
* We should create an independent board to improve planning for natural
disasters like wildfires.

[ [link removed] ]Can you pitch in today to help power my work to hold polluters
accountable and protect our planet? Fighting climate change will be one of
my top priorities in the Senate.

Katie
