April 26, 2023 - 20000-631-EN-23 (Record No. 17236) - Pursuant to the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act and the Wyoming Public Service Commission?s (Commission) Rules, notice is hereby given that a public hearing that was scheduled regarding Rocky Mountain Power?s (RMP or the Company) application for a non-situs Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity (CPCN) to construct its Boardman-to-Hemingway transmission line (Application) has been canceled. The public hearing that was set to commence on Wednesday, May 17, 2023, at 9:00 a.m., has been canceled. The Commission will instead consider RMP?s Application during its regular Open Meeting on May 16, 2023, at 1:30 p.m.
