Friend,

My name is Don Tracy, and I am the Chairman of the Illinois Republican Party. 

I grew up in the small farm town of Sterling, a rural community between Quincy and Springfield. My father started a successful food business, my mother was a loving homemaker and a School Board member, and I was the oldest of twelve children. We all worked to make this business successful, and today, we grew the business into one of the largest food distribution companies in the nation under the name Dot Foods.

I share this brief personal story with you because the success of my family wouldn’t have been possible if Joe Biden and J.B. Pritzker had been in office 60 years ago…

As Chairman of our party, I still keep the struggles and story of my family in mind. There are families and citizens all over Illinois just like ours who work every day to get ahead and achieve their own dreams. And I want the story of my family to be possible for all in our great state and country, but the burdensome regulations, erroneous taxation, and irresponsible governance of the Democrats in Illinois have made stories like ours nearly impossible.

We are a party that believes in opportunity and the value of free markets, and we are working every day in communities statewide to get Republicans elected to believe in these important principles.
