Congressional Republicans are playing with fire, holding the full faith and credit of our nation hostage to push through reckless policies that would drive hardworking Americans into poverty and force seniors, people with disabilities - even children and veterans! - to suffer from increased food insecurity by making drastic SNAP cuts.
McCarthy and his cronies are trying their damnedest to gut healthcare coverage for over 21 million individuals while giving away billions in tax cuts only meant for wealthy few at all costs. This is just the beginning of MAGA McCarthy’s bill.
We can't sit idly by as these right-wing radicals try to slash investments for college affordability aid or deny low-income students access to one of life's most essential tools - education!
All the while simultaneously denying critical support services like mental healthcare across the country.
