Texas State's Discriminatory Harassment Policy and its Computer Policy are clearly designed to deter student speech all together.

These policies are designed to work in tandem to limit free expression and the exchange of viewpoints on campus.

Texas State's Discriminatory Harassment Policy and its Computer Policy are clearly designed to deter student speech all together.

These policies are designed to work in tandem to limit free expression and the exchange of viewpoints on campus.

Institutions of higher education should encourage the free exchange of ideas, intellectual exploration, and open discourse, but Texas State instead chose the inverse - forcing students to opt-out of classroom discussion for fear of the consequences.
