HJR1, a proposed constitutional amendment, is currently being considered by the Ohio legislature. This bill would raise the threshold for passing constitutional amendments from a simple majority to 60%, and it would allow for a special August election to decide on such amendments.

What we do know is that the calls to legislators are working. They know people are informed and are watching how they vote. Let's keep it up. Please take a moment to make some calls.
