Hi, John!

Recently I had the opportunity to visit Prairie Heights Middle School in Evans, Colorado, to see firsthand how Principal Stephanie Knox has helped the former turnaround school achieve the highest rating in the state’s performance framework. A Summit Learning ([link removed] ) school, Prairie Heights partnered with Gradient Learning to expand professional learning opportunities for teachers, as well as help continue building a positive school culture that prioritizes one-on-one mentoring for all students. They’re a great example of what is possible when schools combine a focus on supporting the whole child with a strong commitment to continued growth and improvement.

See how the Summit Learning Program has helped this Colorado school go from the bottom to the top of state rankings by helping teachers center students’ well-being in support of academic achievement and success.

Sincerely,

Sandra Liu Huang
