When right-wing special interests are working nonstop to restrict our right to vote, end our right to choose, make us less safe, it’s my job as the People’s Lawyer to have your back.

Doing this work has been the honor of my life, but it doesn’t come without its challenges – especially when those same interests have essentially endless sums of money to spend on attack ads against me.

It’s ok. I’m used to it. I’ve been a top target of the far right for decades, and my belief that true strength lies with people-power has only grown stronger over time. They might have the money, but we have the many.

That’s why I’m reaching out personally this morning. Our next end-of-month deadline is coming up on Sunday, and according to our records, we’re still missing your support this year. 

John, we still have a long way to go to reach our target and we’re running out of time. Will you pitch in $5 or whatever works for you today to power my work?
