I am thankful and grateful. In just 5 days, we've raised $150,000 in an effort to bring forth a lawsuit against Keith Ellison and the Board of Medical Practice. We will fight for doctors and all professionals who labor under a licensure, to make sure they ALWAYS have 1st Amendment and 14th Amendment rights. This is about freedom, free speech, and re-empowering doctors and other professionals, so they don't have to live in fear of expressing their political opinions. I was shocked to learn from Dr. Jordan B. Peterson that nurses may be losing their jobs just by commenting on my videos. This is a big reason why I'm pursuing this lawsuit; I'm ready to invest the weeks, months, years it will take to ensure that professionals can have a voice. We must set a new precedent in favor of free speech.
Though we believe the amount we've raised thus far will be satisfactory for us to get started, I am leaving the GiveSendGo open - in case you, your friends, and your family feel inclined to give further. As we work through the court system, we may need even more resources.
Here's what will happen next:
- Over the next few weeks, my legal team and I will be developing a plan of action for the lawsuit. We will keep you abreast of every update along the way. Expect to hear more specifics on the language and filings in mid-late May.
