Submit Your Intentions for Cardinal Burke’s Live Holy Mass in Rome, May 1, Feast of St. Joseph the Workman

Dear Friend,

How blessed we are! Cardinal Burke will offer the Operation Storm Heaven Holy Mass on May 1, Feast of St. Joseph the Workman, live from his private chapel in Rome.  

Here is an opportunity to submit all your intentions that His Eminence will include on a feast invoking the intercession of St. Joseph, that was established by the Venerable Servant of God, Pope Pius XII in 1955. May 1 was chosen to counter the “May Day” celebrations for workers sponsored by Communists.

Also, the month of May is dedicated to the Blessed Virgin Mary; the very important Feast Our Lady of Fatima is May 13. At Fatima, Our Lady came to teach the whole world the way to peace and salvation. Our Lady’s message was of conversion, prayer and sacrifice. She asked us to pray and sacrifice for those in need of conversion, but also towards those who were already living the faith, that they might learn to do more, to bring also their wayward brothers home to the Father’s house.

In her memoirs, Calls from the Message of Fatima, the Servant of God, Sister Lucia of Fatima writes, “If we should happen to see some priests who seem to have lost their way and have gone astray, let us not be surprised! They, too, are human, subject to frailty like ourselves. In the course of time, we have met many who have lost their way and been unfaithful to God and to the mission entrusted to them by the Lord”. During the next two months, many priests will celebrate their ordination anniversaries. Let us pray and offer sacrifices for the priests who are not living out their lives in obedience to their priestly vows, especially that of celibacy. Make a special effort to offer up sacrifices for their purification and sanctification.

On May 13 at 9:00 AM, Pacific Time, on the Feast of Our Lady of Fatima, I will be the Emcee for our annual Marian Holy Hour, which will include the Crowning of the Blessed Mother. This special Operation Storm Heaven event will be livestreamed from Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church. Bishop Ramon Bejarano will be the presider, assisted by Father Anthony Saroki. More details to be sent soon.
