John,

Take a look at what Molinaro is saying about his own fundraising:

Marc Molinaro tweet that says "Thank you all for your support. Today we broke a record, with the campaign raising nearly $640k in the 1st quarter! This not only puts us in a strong position, it sends a message that our results-driven approach is resonating."

Marc Molinaro just announced that he has already raised over $640,000 this year.

He’s telling you that it means his "results-driven approach is resonating."

But he’s not telling you who it’s resonating with.

In his first campaign finance report, just one-third of his money came from real people. Two-thirds were from PACs run by corporations (like Koch Industries) or other members of Congress (like Jim Jordan and Elise Stefanik).

So maybe his "approach is resonating," but let’s be real: it’s not resonating with hard-working Upstate New Yorkers; it’s resonating with corporate PACs who want to raise your prices and members of Congress who want to cut your Social Security.

Look, I know we’ve been emailing a lot lately, but I wouldn’t ask if it wasn’t important. Molinaro is raking in cash from corporate PACs, and we need to keep up. I’ll never accept a penny from them. I’m going to Washington to fight for you and no one else. Will you chip in $5 or more today to help our campaign fight back against Molinaro’s corporate-funded war chest?

OTHER AMOUNT ([link removed])

We’re running an entirely grassroots campaign operation. Small-dollar contributions from folks like you are at the core of our campaign.

Last year’s outcome was extremely close, and next year’s race has already been rated a TOSS-UP race by multiple experts.

We need to flip this district to take back the House next year, so getting a headstart on our fundraising is absolutely necessary.

John, I hope I can count on your support today. It disgusts me how Molinaro funds his campaign — and we see the results in his voting record. If you’re with me to build a people-powered campaign to unseat him and take back the House, can I count on you to contribute $5 or more today?

With gratitude & high hopes,

Josh
