Justice Democrats is joining a progressive coalition to demand and advocate for much-needed changes to the Supreme Court:

It was recently reported that Justice Clarence Thomas allegedly went on luxury vacations for years that were funded by a GOP mega-donor and billionaire — and didn’t disclose or report these vacations. That’s some pretty major corruption.

Our highest court in the country shouldn’t be a partisan weapon. Right now, Republicans have a 6-3 super majority and are using the Supreme Court to attack fundamental rights and freedoms, like reproductive freedom and student debt cancellation. We need to expand the Supreme Court by adding four seats to the court and enacting term limits for Supreme Court justices to depoliticize the court.

We’re taking action by joining with other progressives to organize, demand action, and enact necessary structural reforms in the Supreme Court.
