Yesterday, I joined Sen. Ed Markey, Sen. Elizabeth Warren, and dozens of
allies to kick off a national campaign calling for significant reforms to
the Supreme Court.

The Supreme Court is facing a crisis of legitimacy. Time and time again,
this far-right, unaccountable Court has shown they have contempt for the
people — and through their decisions that take away our rights and
repeated ethics violations, the Court is actively undermining our
democracy and harming our communities.

Justice delayed is justice denied. And justice continues to be denied for
millions of people when the Supreme Court acts as an accomplice to
far-right extremists.

We are not powerless to stop these attacks. We deserve a Supreme Court
that is on the side of the people, and Congress has the power and the duty
to restore balance and integrity to the Court.
