Volunteers This Volunteer Appreciation Month, AHC is celebrating the 1,500-plus individuals and groups who generously contributed more than 6,900 hours of their time in the last year to AHC's education and social services programs. AHC Inc. hosted an exciting volunteer appreciation event at Fireworks with over 130 volunteers. Each five- and 10-year volunteer received a certificate and an orchid as a token of appreciation for their commitment to the residents. “AHC is fortunate to have hundreds of volunteers supporting our year-round education and food distribution programs,” said Laura Jackson, AHC’s volunteer coordinator. “Thanks to them, students are learning and growing, seniors and families are getting food and other assistance, and our communities are thriving.” Read More See Slideshow NeighborWorks Comes to Visit! Key's Pointe Making Headlines in Baltimore AHC Greater Baltimore's Key's Pointe was recently highlighted in the Baltimore Business Journal.
