Robert F. Kennedy, Jr.’s Children's Health Defense Submitted Historic Case Against U.S. Government for Wireless Harms

CHD Chairman, Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., will lead the legal team with seasoned telecommunications and administrative law attorney Scott McCollough.

Washington, DC—Children’s Health Defense (CHD) is leading a historic legal action against the Federal Communication Commission (FCC) for its refusal to review their 25 year old guidelines, and to promulgate scientific, human evidence-based radio frequency emissions (“RF”) rules that adequatel ect public health from wireless technology radiation. The Petition contends the agency’s actions are capricious and not evidence-based. The Petition was filed on 2/2/2020 in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

The Petitioners include parents of children injured by wireless devices, a mother whose son died from a brain tumor from cell tower exposure, physicians who see the epidemic of sickness in their clinics and Professor David Carpenter, a renowned scientist.

New Study Examines Exposure and Retention of Aluminum in Three Vaccine Schedules

By Grant McFarland, Elaine La Joie, Paul Thomas, and James Lyons-Weiler

Aluminum compounds are added to some vaccines specifically to provoke an immune response and therefore improve the ability of the vaccine to stimulate immunity.

While aluminum content in some vaccinations may be necessary to provoke an immune response, total exposure to injected aluminum is also an important health consideration. Current Aluminum limits are based on per dose, which is problematic, because the CDC schedule permits many vaccines per office visit (and thus per day).

In this new study, the authors explored the expected acute exposures and longer-term whole-body accumulation / clearance across three vaccination schedules: the current US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) schedule, the current CDC schedule using low aluminum or no aluminum vaccines, and Dr. Paul Thomas’ “Vaccine Friendly Plan” schedule.

They found that from birth to seven months, a median weight child receiving vaccinations according to the CDC 2019 schedule is over the aluminum limit 70% of the days.

CORRECTION:

On January 30, 2020, Kennedy News and Views ran a story by Chuck O’Donnell of Tapinto.net regarding a speech that Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. made in New Jersey in his personal capacity and not on behalf of Children’s Health Defense. We regret that we ran this story because it did not pertain to our work. Children’s Health Defense is a non-partisan, educational organization whose mission is to protect children’s health, and it does not support or oppose candidates for political office.
