Friend,

The Trump administration is risking the healthcare – and quite possibly the lives – of hundreds of millions of Americans with a federal lawsuit to repeal the Affordable Care Act. If they succeed, there will be catastrophic consequences for those who rely on the ACA's protections – especially for those with pre-existing conditions.

We can't let them win.

We must ALL fight against these attempts to eliminate Americans' access to lifesaving healthcare. No one can stop this cruelty on his or her own. I am hoping that you're standing with me. Will you sign my petition demanding that Congress protect access to affordable, lifesaving healthcare?

The ACA ensures that Americans get access to the affordable, high-quality care that they deserve – Americans like eight-year-old Conner, who lives in Ridgefield, CT.

Conner was diagnosed with Duchenne muscular dystrophy – a terminal disease with no cure that requires ongoing care from multiple specialists. The ACA ensures that he cannot be denied coverage because of his illness, and that he always has access to the crucial care that he needs.

But with this lawsuit, Republicans are trying ruthlessly to rip protections away from people like Conner and his family. We simply cannot stand by and let that happen. That's why I'm counting on you to join me in this fight to protect the ACA and the healthcare that so many depend on:

Click here to add your name and tell Congress: Protect access to the quality, affordable healthcare that the American people both need and deserve.

It means so much to have your voice in this fight. Thank you for speaking out.
