Fellow Conservative, As a father to three daughters, I’m dedicated to delivering the best possible education to Georgia students.
During this spring’s legislative session, I proudly signed five bills that will improve the quality of education for our students and teachers. |
This legislation will: Create the Georgia Council on Literacy to promote reading in our state. Improve literacy instruction in the classroom. Allow schools to store glucagon to assist students with diabetes.
Train schools to develop action plans to help students who experience seizures. Every child deserves to learn in a safe and healthy environment, and I’ll continue to make public education one of my administration’s top priorities. -Brian Kemp
