*NOTICE OF INTENT TO ADOPT PROPOSED RULES*




Notice of Intent

Notice is hereby given that the Office of State Lands and Investments (OSLI) on behalf of the State Loan and Investment Board has submitted a Notice of Intent to Adopt Rules and Regulations as follows, and is opening the public comment period to accept comments related to the proposed amendments:

Chapter 2 - Wyoming Joint Powers Act Loans

Chapter 14 - Fees for Administrative Services and Interest Rates

Chapter 37 - Student Dormitory Capital Construction Loans

Chapter 38 - Capital Construction Loans

*COMMENT PERIOD STARTS April 24, 2023, AND ENDS AT 5 P.M. ON June 15, 2023*

Comments are encouraged on any concerns, questions, or issues related to Chapter 2, 14, 37, and 38 of the State Loan and Investment Boards' Rules and Regulations.

Copies of the proposed rules are available for review on the Secretary of State's website at rules.wyo.gov [ [link removed] ] or by contacting OSLI at 122 W. 25th Street, Herschler Building, Suite W103, Cheyenne, WY 82002.
