I was so thrilled to present a community project funding grant of $1.5 million to the San Gabriel Valley Council of Governments for the Alternative Mobile Crisis Response Program! This program provides a licensed clinician and counselor for an unarmed response to 911 emergency calls for unhoused and housed individuals experiencing a mental health or behavioral health crisis. Thank you to the City of South Pasadena for being a partof this program.
