I know this list serve is primarily for information about the Kansas Commission on Disability Concerns (KCDC) meetings, but the commissioners and others need to know about an Advance Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (ANPR) from the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) about changes to their Section 504 regulations.  I have attached the Federal Register section below that explains the changes they are considering and questions they ask the public to respond to so their regulations will cover the needs people have in HUD housing.  Please feel free to share with others.  The deadline for comments is July 24, 2023.
