April 24, 2023 - 30007-152-GP-23 (Record No. 17240) - This matter is before the Wyoming Public Service Commission (Commission) upon the Amended Application of Fraimie Deaver Utilities (FDU or the Company) for authority to revise its Commodity Balancing Account (CBA) tariff to pass on a net wholesale gas cost decrease of $3.2802 per Mcf.

April 24, 2023 - 30026-70-GP-23 (Record No. 17229) - This matter is before the Wyoming Public Service Commission (Commission) upon the Application of Black Hills Wyoming Gas, LLC d/b/a Black Hills Energy (BHWG or the Company) for authority to pass on a Gas Cost Adjustment (GCA) decrease in wholesale gas costs of $0.0396 per therm. Additionally, pursuant to Commission Rule Chapter 2, Section 30, BHWG filed a Petition for Confidential Treatment of Exhibits 1 and 4 and a Petition for Confidential Treatment of Confidential Attachments CIR 1.2, CIR 1.3 and CIR 1.5 in Response to Wyoming Commission Staff Investigative Requests - Set 1 (Petitions).
