We want to remind you that YDA will facilitate virtual standing and select committees on April 30th, followed the next week by a virtual National Committee meeting on May 7th via Zoom Events to help ensure that:

• Any outstanding organization business is completed before the National Convention.
• Chartered Units have an opportunity to maximize their participation vote so they can bring full delegations to the National Convention.

Any constituency caucus or auxiliary body that wishes to meet via the Zoom Events portal will be able to do so on April 29th (or another day of their choosing) upon request — please email [email protected] to request setup.

Additionally, we are encouraging all Chartered Units to plan to have at least one National Committee Representative attend the brief National Committee meeting on May 7th or send a proxy to get full participation credit for the National Convention — you can access the YDA proxy form at bit.ly/YDAProxy23.
