Earlier today, Fox “News” announced that it is parting ways with Tucker Carlson — its most popular prime-time host.

Now, Fox could replace Carlson with someone even more racist, spiteful, and obnoxious.

Or Carlson could end up shopping his “talents” — and millions of followers — to a rival network like Newsmax (somewhere that is, believe it or not, even more reactionary and propagandistic than Fox).

Or something more resembling an actual news outlet could hire Carlson in a misguided effort to cover “both sides” (and to boost its ratings).

But, in and of itself, reducing the reach of Tucker Carlson — a leading purveyor of white supremacism, cultural grievance, and neo-fascism — is good for America and the world.

Tell Tucker Carlson:

Good riddance. You have gotten rich peddling lies, racism, misogyny, xenophobia, and cultural grievance. You have hurt untold numbers of people and made our country worse. Just go away now.
