Hi Friend, This Tuesday, April 25th, is a crucial deadline for the legislature. All non-exempt bills MUST be voted on the floor of the chamber they originated from in order to stay alive. Before we get to what’s on the agenda, we need your help to make sure a vital measure stays alive. Assemblywoman Considine’s bill, AB250, to lower drug prices for ALL Nevadans, has yet to be voted on on the Assembly Floor and we need YOU to contact your Assemblymember and tell them that it’s time to vote YES on AB250! 3:30 PM - Senate Govt. Affairs hearing on GOV. LOMBARDO’S GOVERNMENT BILL SB431 SB431 makes SWEEPING changes to the way state government would work, including but not limited to, consolidating power in the governor’s office by taking away a lot of power from the legislature, adding governor appointed (with no legislative confirmation or oversight) cabinet members to oversee ALL agencies.
