Our voting rights are being attacked in states across the country – and for me, it’s personal. In 2000, I watched as the Supreme Court stole the election and changed the course of history. Then in 2018, I watched again as another election was stolen – this time from Stacey Abrams.

We need a new Voting Rights Act for the 21st Century to ensure every vote counts. Will you sign my petition calling for new voting legislation?

Last year in Georgia, the state legislature passed new restrictions making it harder for people to register to vote. Other states like Arizona and Tennessee have enacted similar voter restrictions just this year.
