Hi there — did you miss my email? Here’s why I ask.
Right now, Congress is setting the budget for the Dept. of Veterans Affairs (VA). This can go one of two ways:
- Politicians will listen to the greedy, well-heeled pro-animal testing lobbyists, and rubber-stamp their payout. If so, more beautiful kittens like Odie and Copper will suffer seizures, bloody urine, paralysis, and a humiliating death in the basement of a filthy government lab.
- We can FIGHT BACK and DEFUND the VA’s sadistic butchers!
You see, I personally deliver each and every taxpayer’s signature to the U.S. House and Senate. That’s how we convinced Congress to shut down six (!) kitten experiments at the VA.
But Congress won’t defund this wasteful government program unless we can prove, once again, that it’s what a majority of their constituents want them to do.

Taxpayer, we are on the verge of completely ending kitten experimentation at the Dept. of Veterans Affairs (VA)… but we need your immediate advocacy to get the job done.
Several years ago, the White Coat Waste Project (WCW) first revealed how the VA wasted over $11 million abusing kittens in secretive experiments across the country.
Since then, you’ve helped us expose and close many of these labs.
But now, even more kittens' lives are on the line and subject to even more abusive experiments like those at VA labs in Louisville and Cleveland, including:
- Seizures, Paralysis, Bloody Urine: These are the most painful tests in the entire federal government.
- Psychological Trauma: Cats are sensitive and intelligent animals. We obtained veterinary records indicating just how badly their mental health deteriorated.
- No Survivors: All victims were scheduled to be slaughtered.
URGENT PETITION: Sign the official WCW petition right away to demand Congress end the FINAL cat experiments and adopt out all survivors before it’s too late.
Taxpayer, we must act now. Otherwise, there will be no survivors because the VA’s cruel white coats will kill each and every kitten… like Odie.
They sliced him open. Severed his spine. Manhandled his bladder. Then killed and threw him away like trash.
That was Odie’s fate.
With a massive outcry from taxpayers, we can pressure Congress to end these final experiments and give the survivors a second chance at life.

Taxpayer, the ‘Stokes Sisters’ spent most of their lives at a VA lab in Cleveland and were slated to be killed.

P.S. Time-Sensitive Petition: Taxpayer, the VA’s annual budget is being set right now. When that budget gets to Capitol Hill, one of two things can happen. Congress can rubber-stamp the payout, and the cycle of kitten seizures and bloody urine will begin all over again.
