Team: After the fall of Roe v. Wade this past summer, anti-choice extremists all across the country thought this would be their chance to enact bans on abortion — and many have.
BUT, any time voters have had a say in a decision that could impact their reproductive freedom, they've proven banning abortion is a losing decision.
We must keep up the momentum and continue to secure permanent reproductive freedom alongside voters everywhere possible. Will you rush a donation today to help us launch more ballot measure campaigns in 2023 and 2024 to protect abortion for good?

Every single state where abortion was on the ballot last year, voters decisively acted to protect abortion and reproductive health care in their home states. Not just historically liberal states like California — in purple and red states including Kentucky, Kansas, Montana, Michigan and Vermont, Americans voted to safeguard their permanent access to abortion.
And just earlier this month in Wisconsin, voters elected the candidate who would flip the court to have a pro-choice majority at a time when a critically-important abortion case is coming to the state’s Supreme Court later this year.
80% of Americans want to see abortion access protected, but an extremist few are working in direct opposition to what voters want. So, we’ll keep fighting at the ballot to protect reproductive freedom, end abortion bans, and win the progress working people in America need.
Ten states remain where abortion access could be permanently protected via ballot measure. And you can bet we’re fueling up for the cycle ahead — will you rush a donation today to help us launch more ballot measure campaigns in 2023 and 2024 to protect abortion for good?
