Team,

The Supreme Court ruled on Friday that women nationwide can continue to have full access to prescription abortion medication. Michael recently joined 240 of his colleagues in signing an amicus brief pushing to reverse the Texas ruling that banned prescriptions like Mifepristone. SCOTUS' ruling is a big win, for now.

Our work isn't over yet. Here are three other ways Michael has been working recently to restore reproductive rights nationwide:

1. Michael took to the Senate Floor last week to fight back against Republican efforts to further limit abortion access for veterans — even in the case of rape, incest, and when the mother's life is at risk;

2. He helped introduce the Equal Access to Abortion Coverage in Health Insurance (EACH) Act, a bill that would guarantee abortion coverage without restrictions for those who rely on Medicaid and other federal health plans;

3. And he's been hard at work electing pro-choice candidates in Colorado and across the country.

Michael believes that the decision whether or not to have an abortion is between a patient and their doctor. His Republican colleagues have made it clear that they want a federal law to ban abortion nationwide — including right here in Colorado.

Will you rush $10 and help Michael as he continues his work to protect women's access to health care across the country? No one should be denied care because of their zip code.
