John, have you heard of a PVI score?

The Cook Political Report is one of the most reputable, well-known sources for political analysis and forecasting across the country. Every Congress, the Cook Political Report releases its Partisan Voting Index (PVI) scores, which are calculated using recent election results, to quantify the competitiveness of every congressional district. The smaller the number, the more competitive the district is!
