 House Republicans are undercutting Democrats’ landmark climate law and attempting to stall our work to ensure they can do it. Ami and his colleagues know we only have one planet and we can’t roll back any progress we’ve made to protect it. We’re running out of time to combat climate change, so we need our grassroots activists to make their voices heard loud and clear. Join our Earth Day Action and make your voice heard. Climate change is bad for a lot of reasons. But as a doctor, Ami is concerned about its impacts to our health. Our health care systems are burnt out after COVID. Climate changes means air quality goes down, more people suffer respiratory illnesses as well as heat related conditions, and more outbreaks and pandemics are likely. Republicans are putting the profits of their fossil fuel donors above people—it’s up to us to stop them from having their way.
