The climate crisis poses an existential threat to our nation and our planet. Over the past few years, we’ve seen the reality of climate change, from annual wildfires in Washington to historic heat waves across the Pacific Northwest.
On this Earth Day, we must recommit ourselves to the fight for a livable planet.
Environmental action has been at the forefront of my work in public service, and I’ve brought that fight with me to Congress.
Together, we’ve delivered on our commitment to bold climate action by passing the Inflation Reduction Act, investing nearly $370 billion in clean energy, climate resilience, and American jobs.
