| On March 15, we filed a lawsuit against the Biden administration after it approved the largest oil and gas project proposed on public lands — despite 100,000 Earthjustice supporters and millions of others voicing their opposition to the project. If successful, our lawsuit will prevent 260 million metric tons of greenhouse gas emissions and require the Biden administration to reconsider its approval. |

It could harm imperiled wildlife like polar bears, migratory birds, and caribou. It could also jeopardize the health and traditional practices of nearby Alaska Native people. |
