After months of prognostications and polls, today the American people start making their voices heard. The Iowa caucuses kick off an election season that promises to be a pivotal moment for free expression in this country.
 The future of truth, public trust, and free speech are on the ballot. It's why we're using this moment to launch Free Speech 2020, a yearlong initiative to make sure free expression rights and principles are upheld and to mobilize our community to fight back against threats to free speech from wherever they come. Throughout 2020, we'll be working to defend press freedom, fight online harassment, combat disinformation, and uphold protest rights.
