Trump has always been unfit to serve in office. But now that he's under indictment, he must be kept OUT of the White House for good. 

Should Congress use the 14th Amendment to ban Donald Trump from running for office?

Democrats have a bill drafted that will ban Donald Trump from running for office under the 14th Amendment. 

Section 3 of the 14th Amendment states: “No person shall … hold any office, civil or military, under the United States … who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States … to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof.”

Donald Trump led a deadly insurrection against Congress to keep himself in power. 

He's now under criminal indictment. 

And he's running again to control the government he tried to destroy.
