Dear Team,

The U.S. Supreme Court has just announced that mifepristone—one of two drugs used in medication abortion—will remain available for now while the case seeking to revoke the Food and Drug Administration (FDA)'s approval of the drug proceeds.

This is a huge relief for millions of Americans, but the fight is far from over. We'll need you with us as we continue to pursue every legal avenue to ensure attempts to further restrict abortion access do not succeed. [[link removed]]

"For now, providers and patients have the assurance that mifepristone is available and remains an FDA approved drug. But we shouldn’t even be here," said Nancy Northup, president and CEO of the Center for Reproductive Rights.

"This case should have been thrown out way before it got to the Supreme Court."

The intent of the lawsuit has always been to ban medication abortion for every person in the U.S.—and it is part of the larger agenda of anti-abortion extremists to ban all abortion care nationwide. It is going to take all of us, together, to fight forward for our essential reproductive rights. [[link removed]]
