The Supreme Court has kept medication abortion available—for now, but this is still the same Supreme Court that struck down Roe in 2022 and demonstrated their contempt for women's bodily autonomy. This case is certain to come back to the Supreme Court.
Mifepristone is one of the most common and safe forms of medication abortion available and has had the U.S. Food and Drug Administration's (FDA) approval for over 22 years. This case is yet another in the series of ongoing attacks from the politicians who want to ban abortion nationwide. We know there are more coming soon.
Women's bodily autonomy is still on the line. We need the strength of our grassroots supporters like you to help fight back against politicians who want to hold power over women's bodies, health, and future.
