Our annual boot camp has grown to be one of the largest learning and networking opportunities for state Democrats, and for good reason. Since we started it with the National Democratic Training Committee in 2017, our boot camp has:
- Engaged over 1,200 candidates, staffers, and Democratic Party leaders to participate.
- Helped 150 alumni get elected into public office.
- Trained over 300 new campaign staffers who have helped local candidates run for school board, County Board, and Countywide offices.
- Provided the framework for Democratic Party leaders to continue to build sustainable infrastructure to help turn out Democratic voters on Election Day.
