We wanted to send you one final reminder that Solidarity in Bloom, our 2023 Annual Convention, is happening tomorrow, April 22nd!
Please note that previous emails said that doors would be open at 9:00AM - we've decided we'll let you all sleep in a little bit. So please aim to get to the Student Union building at Los Angeles City College at 9:30AM instead!
If you haven't RSVP'd yet, or want to invite a fellow member, it's not too late to sign-up! We want to hear from as many of our members as possible!

📍 Where do I go? Our convention will be at Los Angeles City College in East Hollywood at 855 N Vermont Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90029. More specifically, we'll be at the Student Union Building near the intersection of N New Hampshire St and Monroe Street! Check the map for the exact location!
🚙🚉 How do I get there? If you're driving, there will be limited parking available at the nearby parking structure on N Heliotrope Drive! But we encourage you to take the LA Metro Red Line to the Vermont/Santa Monica stop nearby! It'll be free for Earth Day!
👶 Bringing a lil socialist with you? We're excited to announce that child watch volunteers are providing on-site support to make convention more accessible to parents, families, and caregivers.

🗳️ Can no longer attend? Know somebody who wish they could be there? We have a proxy system, where another member in attendance can vote for another member who cannot be present.

🫱🏻🫲🏿 Help stock our free store! Our Mutual Aid Committee will be accepting items to distribute those in-need! If you can bring non-perishable foods, clothing, hygiene, toiletry, or other needed items, we will be collecting them to distribute in the future! Please donate what you can!
