The 118th
Congress has been in session for just over three months, but we’re already
tackling the urgent challenges facing our communities.

February to call on the Court to uphold President Biden's student debt relief
plan.
It's important to us that you know exactly what Ayanna is working on in
Congress, so today we want to share five bills Ayanna has introduced so
far this year. [ [link removed] ]But first, we have a request: Will you chip in
$3 to help Ayanna keep up the work?
In Congress, Ayanna is advocating, organizing, and legislating to support
our communities. Check out what she's leading on:
→ The End Qualified Immunity Act to end qualified immunity and ensure
police accountability.
→ The Ending PUSHOUT Act to end the punitive pushout of all students and
especially girls of color.
→ The Name Accuracy in Credit Reporting Act to address credit issues and
financial discrimination facing trans and nonbinary people after legal
name changes.
→ The Fossil Free Finance Act to stop big banks from financing fossil fuel
projects.
→ The American Opportunity Accounts Act to create a "baby bonds" program
that will build generational wealth and help close the racial wealth gap.
Ayanna is working to make progress on issues of consequence for all of our
communities — work that wouldn’t be possible without your support,
partnership, and activism.

ensure Ayanna has the resources to continue leading on bold, progressive
policies that elevate our voices and advance justice and equity for all?
