Today, Senate Democrats, followed the same anti-family agenda we have seen in the Minnesota House. Specifically three controversial, I’d offer highly illegal and immoral, pieces of legislation.

HF 146 would allow any PERSON, non-custodial parent or legal guardian, the “right” to kidnap or traffic any confused minor into Minnesota for “gender affirmation” care. The result of this bill will be to medically and surgically sterilize and mutilate confused youths. Governor Walz will not extradite if there is a complaint or charge made in a neighboring state, and Minnesota will harbor that PERSON and provide for the “care”.

HF16 is a bill drafted to prevent “conversion therapy”. What it really is, is an attack on religious freedom 1st Amendment rights, by preventing any therapy based on the parent, or childs religious beliefs. I find it disturbing that by law we are denying therapy, and simultaneously Minnesota is taking children away from their parents and “affirming” their mental disorder with catastrophic and life altering therapies.

HF366 Would allow any health care professional sanctuary for crimes relating to abortion committed in other states. Like the previous bill, this prevents a MN Governor from extraditing criminals.

The bills are clearly unconstitutional. Following a Marxist theme of complete Government control in every aspect of life.

All three of these bills will most certainly be challenged in court, as they have been in other States.
